1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Siftspindle at https://siftspindle.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Siftspindle provides an automated document parsing and structured data extraction platform. Users may upload unclassified business files (e.g., invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, PDFs) to extract structured JSON and Excel data, and explore our curated AI Tools Hub.

3. Account Registration & Google OAuth

Users may sign in using Google OAuth or email OTP. You agree to maintain the security of your account and understand that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials.

4. Credit Usage & Fair Use Policy

Standard free accounts receive 10 document extraction credits per calendar month. Credits reset automatically on the 1st of each month. Any attempt to circumvent credit limits through bot networks, automated abuse, or multiple fake accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Prohibited Content & Compliance (GDPR / CCPA)

You agree not to upload any illegal material, malware, government IDs (passports, SSNs), financial credentials (credit cards, bank passwords), or protected health information (HIPAA PHI). Users in the US and EU warrant that they have all necessary legal rights and authorizations to process documents uploaded to the platform.

6. 24-Hour Automated Deletion

All uploaded files and extracted outputs are automatically deleted from our servers 24 hours after upload. Siftspindle is not an archival storage provider. Users are solely responsible for retaining and downloading their own copies of extracted JSON or Excel data.
